You can permanently delete your Pentai account and all associated personal data at any time, directly within the app. No email or support request is required.
Once you delete your account, all your data is immediately and permanently removed. There is no recovery period or way to restore your account after confirmation.
Available on iOS and Android.
Located in the bottom navigation bar of the app.
Found within the Settings menu.
You'll be shown a summary of what will be deleted.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you have trouble deleting your account in-app, contact us and we will process the deletion manually. We aim to complete manual deletions within 30 days.
