Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) servers. Data may be stored and processed in data centres in various countries, including the United States and European Union.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Pentai is designed for family use and may contain information about children under 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.
Parents can at any time view, edit, or delete all data associated with their child's profile, disable location tracking, and export their child's data.
We do not send marketing communications to children, use children's data for behavioural advertising, or share children's personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you delete your account, all personal data associated with it will be deleted. Data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before complete removal.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
As a mobile application, Pentai does not use browser cookies. However, we may use device identifiers for push notifications and analytics, advertising identifiers for ad-supported accounts (resettable in device settings), and local storage to cache data for offline use.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as school websites or calendar providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
